Jeremy R Erickson
I was raised in Salmon Idaho, about 240 miles North East of Boise Idaho. Small town with about 3,000 population. I graduated from Salmon High school back in “92” and went on to Ricks College in 92-93 and then I served a mission in Mississippi & Louisiana from 93-95 then back to Ricks until 97. I received an Associates degree in the General Studies. Had a great time in college, and was a member of the Ballroom dance team in 96-97. Moved to Boise in 97 and met Rachael in Boise in the 5th ward in the BSU stake LDS Church. We Married on February 27th 1998. I love Outdoor activities, Motocross, and hanging out with the family. I have Three Boys, Little Jeremy, Raymond, and Owen. I am having the time of my life raising these wonderful kids with my wife. I started Selling Insurance for Mutual of New York back in “97” and in the first month of “98” I started working for Apex Mortgage doing home loans. While I was working as a loan officer, I taught LDS Seminary at Timberline High School (5th hour after lunch). I had a blast teaching those kids, and I often see them around the area with their families. I moved to Trinity Home Mortgage later that year, (Apex closed their doors) and I worked for them until the middle of “99” . I started working for HP that year until September 2001, and then got back into Home Loans with Home Federal Saving Bank. I worked with them for 2.5 years until January 3rd 2004 when I signed on with John L Scott. I Sold homes in Sundance Community for Corey Barton (Now CBH Homes) until the end of 2004, and then in October, I started a New Community with Blackstead Building Co. (Silverpine Community) We sold that Community in 2005, and started inSequoia Ridge in the end of 2005. We ( Shaun Urwin and myself) sold Silverpinecommunity out in 8 months!, and also started Cedar Edge Community with Blackstead Land Development. I have enjoyed selling New Construction over the past 5 years, and have gained a ton of experience. I have represented CBH Homes, Blackstead Building Co Homes, Scott Tutt Homes, and Zach Evans Constrcution Homes.
